Tax Sale Strategies (Classes full)

Successful strategies for Alabama tax sale investing, whether using the old system (tax certificates to tax deeds with possession an added benefit) or the new system (tax liens only but with streamlined ownership and quiet title at the end).

Morning session of three hours is tax certificates/deeds. First hour is the law, next two hours will be strategies.

Afternoon session of three hours is tax lien investing. First 30 minutes is the law, next 2.5 hours will be strategies.

When registering, be sure to select Tax Certificates/Deeds Only ($450) or Tax Liens Only ($450) or Full Day ($800, which is a $100 discount over buying individually)
