Denise Evans, JD, CCIM, is the owner of Butler Evans Education, which is a division of Butler Evans Real Estate.

She is a retired real estate litigation attorney from Texas who specialized in defending banking and real estate lawsuits. She migrated to Alabama with her husband. Despite the legal background, she is fluent in Plain English!

Denise joined her husband in his careers of real estate development and commercial brokerage, plus adding her own strengths in education and consulting. She is a nationally published author of real estate books for McGraw-Hill, Sphinx Legal, and Kaplan/Dearborn.
