For the first time EVER, a step-by-step teaching system that walks you through successful tax sale strategies. Students will pick a focus--tax liens or tax deeds.  Some information will be relevant to both groups, some to either deeds or liens.  Common info will be taught to the entire class. While the lien people are in break-out groups filling out their workbooks and networking with each other, the deed people will be in lecture. While the deed people are in break-out groups filling out their workbooks and networking with each other, the lien people will be in lecture.

Both groups will have assistance and critique of their workbooks from Denise Evans.

  • Danger signs re properties to avoid
  • Acquisition
  • Financing
  • Possession (both liens AND deeds have possession strategies)
  • Rehab due diligence and estimating
  • Flipping, seller-financing, and rental strategies
  • Finalizing rights through quiet title, quitclaim deeds or foreclosure
  • Valuation techniques and simple tricks to increase value inexpensively
  • Income tax savings tips
