Denise has a very deep knowledge of the Landlord Law. She listens our question and gives us a satisfied answer. I really enjoyed her class and learned new knowledge of the landlord law.
Denise’s presentation was filled with resources of landlord-tenant law. There were many changes and updates brought out in the lecture.
Denise taught from a lawyer's perspective and, even though I've been a landlord for awhile, I learned several new things. She had time for questions and conversation, which was also very valuable. I would definitely take another class from her.
