(1) maximizing tax interest value through the property itself,

(2) selling your rights on the secondary market,

(3) donating small cost properties for large charitable contribution deductions,

(4) using Rioprop offensively to obtain tax sale properties with no redemption issues, (

5) avoiding problems such as municipal repair demands,

(6) preparing for ADOR public auction of inventory contents.
